Future Ready: Career Readiness
Future Ready, our signature e-course, is a 9-week experience designed to guide next-gen talent (recommended age 17-26) from self-awareness to real-world readiness.
While the Strengths in Action course gives you the tools to apply your strengths in life and at work, Future Ready goes several levels deeper. It includes everything in the $247 course plus advanced modules on critical thinking, decision-making, executive functioning, personal branding, and career design. With daily coaching, peer collaboration, and a personalized future roadmap, this course turns reflection into lifelong direction.
